iHire Announces Rebrand to Reflect the Changing World of Work

Recruitment platform unveils new logo, visual identity, and user experience for employers, job seekers, and educational partners

Frederick, Maryland – Oct. 26, 2022 – iHire today announces that it has rebranded with a new logo, refreshed visual identity, and improved platform user experience. The rebrand will help iHire best support employers, job seekers, and educational partners in the changing world of work while positioning itself for continued growth.

“iHire’s rebrand is the culmination of a strategic, year-long initiative involving extensive market research, customer feedback, and testing,” said Steve Flook, iHire’s President and CEO. “Since our inception in 1999, we’ve become much more than an industry-specific job board, offering personalized HR services and consulting, education and training resources, career advisors, and other hiring, job search, and career-oriented solutions. Our new brand better reflects our evolution and our ongoing commitment to connect and advance the U.S. workforce.”

The company’s four brand pillars are the foundation of iHire’s new look and feel: Industry Focused, Efficiency Fueled, Accuracy Found, and Connection Inspired. These pillars are iHire’s key differentiators and serve as the overarching inspiration for the new brand elements – from imagery and messaging.

In addition to the updated color palette comprising an array of blues and greens, iHire has introduced a new logo. Designed by The Brand Consultancy and inspired by iHire Graphic Designer, Chris Culp, the logo’s brandmark features four arrows of different shades pointing inward, representing Hire’s brand pillars as well as its customer centricity, diversity of qualified candidates, and the platform's ability to accurately match job seekers and employers.

“Through our foundational research, we learned that iHire’s precision focus on specialized industries and personalized service model distinguish the brand from its competitors and matter most to its customers, and iHire has strong performance on these key value drivers,” said Diane Beecher, CEO of The Brand Consultancy, iHire’s partner throughout its rebrand initiative. “We translated this into messaging, a visual identity, and a logo, where we emphasized the brand’s strongest attributes through a design of four multi-colored arrows that converge into a representation of specialized focus.”

Lastly, the new iHire brand brings its career-driven education and training solutions into the spotlight. These solutions include iHire’s Student Game Plan and Sports Career Game Plan online learning platforms, HR Academy resources, Premium job seeker masterclasses and webinars, and database of free and low-cost massive open online courses (MOOCs). Whether an individual is looking to prepare students for their job search, upskill or reskill employees, or further their own career, iHire’s education and training resources deliver continually updated content and industry insights to help shape the workforce of the future.
