Shift: Days, 7a-3:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend Requirement: Yes 1-2 per contract
Call Requirement: Yes 8-12 shifts depending on staffing
Holiday Requirement: Yes

Requirements:

• LA License
• 3 Years Experience Required
• BLS
• ARRT
• LSRT
• Stents, Ablations, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremities, Abd and Pelvic, Genitourinary Studies, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, Neurological Studies, & Hemo Dynamic Monitoring experience required
• Epic Experience Required
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
• Community Hospital Experience preferred

Float Requirement: Yes may float to IR Scrubs: blue grey

Modalities Cover: Invasive Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart IR, Neuro Intervention, Vascular, and Pulmonary
Experience Required: Stents, Ablations, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremities, Abd and Pelvic, Genitourinary Studies, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, Neurological Studies, & Hemo Dynamic Monitoring
Required Certs: ARRT, BLS, & LSRT (will accept a temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT certification are received)
Required Equipment Experience: Phillips single & Bi-Plane Preferred Equipment Experience: Siemens
