Medical Technologist I

Performs established clinical laboratory procedures and examinations in laboratory which require exercise of independent judgment. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the patient. In addition, she/he must possess the ability to assess patient data relative to age specific needs and provide care as described in policies and procedures

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Medical T echnology or related science from an accredited school or equivalent (meets criteria established by NYS Department of Health).
