Surgical Technologist - Operating Room (OR)

If you are a detail-oriented professional passionate about supporting surgical teams, join us as a Surgical Technologist . In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring successful surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms and assisting surgeons during operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sterilize surgical instruments and prepare operating rooms for procedures.
  • Ensure that all necessary supplies are available and properly organized for surgeries.
  • Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments or holding retractors as needed.
  • Maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure to prevent infections.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them appropriately on the operating table and applying sterile drapes.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
Work Environment:
  • The role is primarily based in hospital operating rooms or outpatient surgical centers.
  • Surgical technologists spend long hours on their feet in high-pressure environments requiring focus and precision.
