On June 13th, 2011 we opened the doors of Complete Care in Eagle Point, Oregon, for the first time, with a total of 3 employees. Despite our meager beginnings in a small shared office during the 5 years prior, we built big and put in countless hours of time, energy, and planning for the future of our company. We are excited and proud to say that because of all the love and community support over the past few years, Complete Care has blossomed into a multi-specialty health center serving the communities of Southern Oregon. We now have a full team of exceptional employees including experienced physicians from diverse medical fields.
Our purpose at Complete Care is to assist and encourage people in their pursuit of health; complete social, mental and physical wellbeing. We are here to help improve quality of life beyond any reasonable expectation. Our services include a natural health care approach to overcoming pain and chronic diseases through chiropractic, primary care, physical therapy, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle coaching, massage, and education. Our mission is to do whatever is necessary to render the highest quality healthcare and to educate our patients and our community on the importance of wellness and lifestyle choices. We strive to become a beacon and sanctuary for people wishing to pursue health naturally.

At Complete Care, our patients have access to a variety of healthcare professionals as well as state of the art corrective and diagnostic medical equipment. Ours is the only healthcare facility in the Rogue Valley with state of the art digital motion x-ray (DMX) and professionals on staff certified and trained to use it. The DMX is not the only unique service offered in our practice. Over time Complete Care has also developed a no-gimmick weight loss program designed with the ultimate intent of improving an individual’s overall health, not just losing weight.

With so many services available to those seeking care, we have found that our biggest source of referrals to our business is from existing patients and clients who could not wait to tell others about what we have to offer. The ability to give back to those in our community who have supported us in this journey has been extremely rewarding, and by keeping up this positive momentum we hope to continue to grow to meet their needs. Creating an avenue for healthy living in Southern Oregon is central to our goals, but the journey toward health is not always easy. To help encourage people we have integrated a variety of opportunities for those around us to be introduced to wellness in its various forms. In 2012 Complete Care was able to start a scholarship fund for local high school students which many members of our community helped contribute to. We ask students to write an essay on what health is and why it is important. After choosing the winner, we also ask our local paper to publish the essay so readers could share in congratulating those students in their efforts.

Free tours of Complete Care are a regular part of our business day. There is always a staff member available to show people around, patient or not, and introduce physicians and other staff members, discuss the process behind creating such a warm and welcoming practice, and explain the many services that we offer. We provide many free health talks that are open to the public. Our goal with these research based health talks is to saturate our community with information on how to improve their quality of living through lifestyle choices. Some of these topics include; Nutrition, exercise, overcoming fibromyalgia, smoking cessation, total wellness care for individuals and families, weight loss and emotional eating, social and emotional health, and more. We also offer many classes and support groups for those wishing to expand their knowledge base and continue their pursuit of health. These include couples massage classes, infant massage classes, nutritional support groups, CPR/First Aid classes and certifications, and so on.

As part of our goal of reaching out to the community, we have also volunteered our business in many local events which go hand in hand with pursuing healthy living. All members of our staff have spent time handing out water at running, bicycling and other athletic events, providing free chair massage to race participants, organizing and operating nutrition stations so athletes have healthy snacks available to them, participating in health fairs, speaking with elementary and high school students about careers in the health field, and showing community support by participating in local parades. We always take time to talk with students on an individual basis as well, and have seen a steady flow of student interns preparing themselves for their future health related careers. Some of our physicians have also been regular guests on local radio stations where they discuss specific health topics and listeners can call in with their own questions.

Complete Care is also well known for the many sponsorships and donations we provide. Events such as “Free Kid’s Care Day”, “Homeland Hero Day”, “Free Massage – Cancer Care Day” have given us the incredible opportunity to give back to those in our communities that are in need, but may not have the resources to put their own health first. Though finances are always a consideration, we do what we can to sponsor local high school extracurricular activities, 4H, walkathons, programs to raise awareness about health issues, as well as donating to raffles whenever we can. We enjoy partnering with other businesses by inviting them to join us in local events, and often set up displays in our clinic to showcase their services. By supporting those around us, we have been able to contribute to their continued growth, just as they have contributed to ours.

We have often been told by our clients that our team is like family. It has become clear that a friendly, warm, healing environment with a devoted and compassionate staff is a crucial piece of a successful business as well as a successful healing process. The experienced practitioners support staff in our organization are celebrated as those that always go above and beyond to deliver paramount individualized care. Our practitioners are those who has devoted their entire careers to building their practice so that Complete Care could grow into the multi-disciplinary, natural healthcare community that it is today. It is this vision that set our organization in motion and continues to keep us delivering outstanding healthcare.
