A Neurodiagnostic Technologist, also known as an EEG Technologist, plays a crucial role in the med tech industry. They perform diagnostic tests on patients, such as electroencephalograms (EEGs), evoked potential (EP) studies, and other procedures that help to diagnose and treat neurological problems like epilepsy, sleep disorders, stroke, and other diseases affecting the nervous system.
